Here's How Expansion Usually Goes Wrong
If you’ve had real success in your business, you likely had to pivot and change multiple times before you found your winning formula. When it was all said and done, you ended up with several products or services and got to the million dollar mark or at least close to it.
Now, as you look to expansion, most people miss the mark.
They add something instead of take away.
Maybe it's adding more services or adding more features.
It's almost always adding something and stretching your people and your resources to the breaking point.
So, instead of growth and expansion, you have customer service issues...people issues...competitor issues...MORE issues!

You see…you found something that works!
You should go ALL IN on that thing and take everything else away.
You should do more of that thing. You should make that thing better. You should improve your offering. You should expand what you’re spending on advertising so that more people know about you.
If you sold 2 to every 10 people you talked to….
You can sell 200,000 to every 1,000,000 you get in front of. And, so on.
And the weirdest thing is that it probably means you need to focus your efforts on a very small number of levers and dump everything else.
So, you do less, in order to do more.
You see…it’s Upside Down.
It's a very simple idea...but very powerful, if you apply it correctly.
